Our team at Engineered Group was called on by the developers of the Radice Corporate Center to refresh their main lobby. Located in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, the RCC corporate center is a high-end 3 building office park with gorgeous landscaping and panoramic views. We renovated the lobby of the 800 building, leaving them with a refreshed, new look that didn’t break the bank.
As is the case in many of our projects, we were brought in to provide a value-engineered alternative for construction projects looking to stay within their target budget and timeline.
As a dealer and installer of architectural finishes and overlays, we knew that there would be a overlay in Reatec’s vast catalog that matched the look that the Radice Corporate Center was going for. We completed the project far faster than projects like this typically take, which is one of the many benefits that using architectural overlays provide.
After discussing with the client the vision for their project, we landed on using Reatec architectural finishes to help create the space that they wanted. There are over 1000s of patterns and finishes to choose from in, including metal, wood, stone, and leather. For this project, the builder was looking for a wood grain to create a classic, clean, and modern look. We used Reatec BC-5458 to create the wood grain look on multiple features in the lobby, including the walls, entryways, and railings.
We and the team couldn’t be happier for how the project turned out. We were able to create a high-end interior for a fraction of the cost the builder would have had to pay for the real wood materials.
