01How much can I expect to save?

02What condition do the walls need to be in?
The surface needs to be smooth, solid and non-porous. We look at the substrate as part of the free estimate and tell you what preparation, if any, it needs.
03Will the finish look flat or artificial?
No. A realistic matte texture is created by combining matte coating technology with high-definition embossing, so the surface reflects light and feels like the material it represents rather than a printed sheet.
04How disruptive is the work?
Very little. The film is applied on site to the surface you already have, so there is no demolition, no construction dust, no VOCs and no operational downtime while a replacement is fabricated and delivered.
05Can one contractor handle the finishes, the glass and the window film?
Yes. We self-perform the whole interior surface package, walls, ceilings, columns, elevator cabs, doors, millwork, casework and glass, alongside commercial window film, decorative glass film, safety and security film and anti-graffiti film. Our own team installs all of it, so a lobby, its cabs and its glazing run on one schedule under one contractor instead of being split across trades.
06What should I look for when choosing an architectural finishes installer?
Ask three things. Whether the installer is trained and certified for pressure-sensitive architectural film, because surface preparation, temperature and experience decide the finish you end up with. Whether they self-perform or subcontract, since one team across walls, cabs, doors and glass means one schedule and one point of responsibility. And whether they will put a physical sample of the exact finish in your hands before you commit, our estimates are free and always come with one.
07How long do architectural finishes last?
Architectural film lasts up to 12 years indoors and 5 years outdoors. Because the installation process is quick and clean, repairing or renewing the film later is straightforward.
