FAQs
Walls, ceilings, furniture, elevators, columns, doors, millwork, casework and glass. The surface needs to be smooth, solid and non-porous.
Yes. We self-perform the whole interior surface package, walls, ceilings, columns, elevator cabs, doors, millwork, casework and glass, alongside commercial window film, decorative glass film, safety and security film and anti-graffiti film. Our own team installs all of it, so a lobby, its cabs and its glazing run on one schedule under one contractor instead of being split across trades.
Ask three things. Whether the installer is trained and certified for pressure-sensitive architectural film, because surface preparation, temperature and experience decide the finish you end up with. Whether they self-perform or subcontract, since one team across walls, cabs, doors and glass means one schedule and one point of responsibility. And whether they will put a physical sample of the exact finish in your hands before you commit, our estimates are free and always come with one.
Our installation team uses a dry application process, so there is no wallpaper paste involved. The film is easier to place and adjust before it is squeegeed down and any bubbles are smoothed out.
The embossed patterns recreate an authentic, realistic feel. Many of the films resemble natural materials and other surfaces to an outstanding degree, the texture comes from combining matte coating technology with high-definition embossing.
Architectural film lasts up to 12 years indoors and 5 years outdoors. Because the installation process is quick and clean, repairing or renewing the film later is straightforward.
Architectural finishes resist water, dirt and normal wear well, and can be cleaned with a non-abrasive cleaner or hot water. If the material does chip or scratch it can be repaired so that you cannot tell where the patch is.
Clients typically save up to 60% on an architectural finishes project compared with tearing the surface out and replacing it. The exact figure depends on the surface, the substrate and the size of the job, which is why the estimate is free.
Estimates are completely free. Tell us the surface and the scope and we will come back with a real number, along with a sample of the finish.
Show us the surface and we will tell you what can be done with it, what it costs, and how long it takes.
