Can a lift lobby be refinished while the tower is occupied?
Yes. Cab walls, doors and surrounds are resurfaced over the existing panels rather than stripped out, so the car is out of service for the install rather than for the weeks a rebuild and its lead time would take.

We self-perform the whole interior surface package, walls, ceilings, columns, elevator cabs, doors, millwork, casework and glass, alongside commercial window film, decorative glass film, safety and security film and anti-graffiti film. Our own team installs all of it, so a lobby, its cabs and its glazing run on one schedule under one contractor instead of being split across trades.
What surfaces can architectural film go on?
Walls, ceilings, furniture, elevators, columns, doors, millwork, casework and glass. The surface needs to be smooth, solid and non-porous.
How disruptive is the work?
Very little. The film is applied on site to the surface you already have, so there is no demolition, no construction dust, no VOCs and no operational downtime while a replacement is fabricated and delivered.
