Architectural finishes and window film in Miami, for buildings that need to look renewed without coming out of service.

What we install

High-rise cabs where downtime is the expensive part, resurfaced in place over the existing panels.

Corridors and lift lobbies refinished a floor at a time so the tenancies below stay open.

Class A fire-rated film over the doors already hung across multi-floor tenancies.

Bonds the glazing so broken glass stays in the frame, against impact and forced entry.

Tenant branding and glazed dividers in new-build office fit-outs, on the pane already installed.

The transformation
Original is the starting point. Reimagined is a new perspective, without replacement. Drag the handle on any project.

How it happens
We look at the substrate as part of the free estimate and tell you what preparation, if any, it needs, then put a physical sample of the exact finish in your hands before anything is ordered.
Our own team installs it using a dry application process, with no wallpaper paste, so the film can be placed and adjusted before it is squeegeed down.
The film goes onto the surface you already have, so there is no demolition, no construction dust, no VOCs and no waiting while a replacement is fabricated.
Architectural film lasts up to 12 years indoors and 5 outdoors, resists water, dirt and normal wear, and if it chips it can be patched so you cannot tell where.

Who we work with

FAQs
Yes. Cab walls, doors and surrounds are resurfaced over the existing panels rather than stripped out, so the car is out of service for the install rather than for the weeks a rebuild and its lead time would take.
We work throughout Florida, statewide, from single-site jobs to multi-building campuses.
Yes. We self-perform the whole interior surface package, walls, ceilings, columns, elevator cabs, doors, millwork, casework and glass, alongside commercial window film, decorative glass film, safety and security film and anti-graffiti film. Our own team installs all of it, so a lobby, its cabs and its glazing run on one schedule under one contractor instead of being split across trades.
Walls, ceilings, furniture, elevators, columns, doors, millwork, casework and glass. The surface needs to be smooth, solid and non-porous.
Very little. The film is applied on site to the surface you already have, so there is no demolition, no construction dust, no VOCs and no operational downtime while a replacement is fabricated and delivered.
Clients typically save up to 60% on an architectural finishes project compared with tearing the surface out and replacing it. The exact figure depends on the surface, the substrate and the size of the job, which is why the estimate is free.
Estimates are completely free. Tell us the surface and the scope and we will come back with a real number, along with a sample of the finish.
Tell us the building and the surfaces. We will come and look at it.
