Challenge
As is the case in many of our projects, we were brought in to provide a value-engineered alternative for construction projects looking to stay within their target budget and timeline. We needed to create a high-end look, marrying a metal pattern to wood patterns with different angles while still achieving flawless seams.
Solution
As a dealer and installer of architectural finishes and overlays, we knew that there would be a overlay in Reatec’s vast catalog that matched the look that Pier Sixty-Six was going for. We found the right pattern and colors and got to installing the architectural finishes on the walls, ceiling, and elevators of the condo complex.
Impact
We matched the right patterns so the space looks great in different lighting and completed the project in weeks versus the months that a project like this can typically take.
