For Lee County
Architectural finishes and commercial window film in Fort Myers and Lee County, from condo towers to corporate lobbies.
3M authorized, LEED and ASID credentialed, statewide in Florida

Engineered Group works throughout Florida, statewide, and names Fort Myers on its own service list. Southwest Florida interiors take sun, salt air and heavy seasonal traffic. Resurfacing the wall, door or cab you already have – and putting solar or security film on the glass in front of it – addresses both without a fit-out.
What we install

Bonds the pane so broken glass stays in the frame; we confirm the specification rather than quoting a brochure rating.

Southwest-facing glass drives cooling load and fades everything behind it.

Cab walls, doors and surrounds resurfaced without pulling the car – a shift, not a season.

Common areas refinished in place while residents keep using the building.

How it happens
We look at the substrate as part of the free estimate and tell you what preparation, if any, it needs, then put a physical sample of the exact finish in your hands before anything is ordered.
Our own team installs it using a dry application process, with no wallpaper paste, so the film can be placed and adjusted before it is squeegeed down.
The film goes onto the surface you already have, so there is no demolition, no construction dust, no VOCs and no waiting while a replacement is fabricated.
Architectural film lasts up to 12 years indoors and 5 outdoors, resists water, dirt and normal wear, and if it chips it can be patched so you cannot tell where.

Who we work with

We have not published a project in Fort Myers yet. These are the buildings we have finished elsewhere in the state, each one documented with its own photographs and the materials used.
FAQs
It bonds the glazing so that broken glass stays in the frame rather than entering the room, against impact, storms and forced entry. There are a lot of exaggerated claims about security film, so we confirm the specification for your glazing and your building rather than quoting a rating off a brochure.
We work throughout Florida, statewide, from single-site jobs to multi-building campuses.
Yes. We self-perform the whole interior surface package, walls, ceilings, columns, elevator cabs, doors, millwork, casework and glass, alongside commercial window film, decorative glass film, safety and security film and anti-graffiti film. Our own team installs all of it, so a lobby, its cabs and its glazing run on one schedule under one contractor instead of being split across trades.
Walls, ceilings, furniture, elevators, columns, doors, millwork, casework and glass. The surface needs to be smooth, solid and non-porous.
Architectural finishes resist water, dirt and normal wear well, and can be cleaned with a non-abrasive cleaner or hot water. If the material does chip or scratch it can be repaired so that you cannot tell where the patch is.
Clients typically save up to 60% on an architectural finishes project compared with tearing the surface out and replacing it. The exact figure depends on the surface, the substrate and the size of the job, which is why the estimate is free.
Estimates are completely free. Tell us the surface and the scope and we will come back with a real number, along with a sample of the finish.
Tell us the building and the surfaces. We will come and look at it, and the estimate is free.
