Engineered Group took on the challenge of addressing the errors left behind by the previous contractor in their Architectural Finishes installation. The previous contractors’ lack of expertise, led to significant financial losses.
Engineered Group was tasked with fixing the mistakes that the previous contractor made while installing the Architectural Finishes. The previous contractors’ inexperience, lack of knowledge, and skillset cost the valuable money.
After discussing with the client the vision for their project, we landed on using Reatec architectural finishes to help create the space that they wanted. We used architectural overlay Reatec TC-4328 to cover the Sintra panels that we installed.
Reatec is an excellent option for clients looking to renovate their space or in new construction builds as it is lightweight, highly durable, affordable, and can be applied to both interior and exterior applications. There are over 1000s of patterns and finishes to choose from, including metal, wood, stone, and leather. The Rosa Mexicano used a natural wood grain to give their space a sleek, classic design.
