Engineered Group, working in conjunction with Benderson Development, helped construct First Watch’s new corporate headquarters in Bradenton, Florida. The 39,000-square foot building replaced previous locations they used in Manatee and Sarasota counties, and now acts as a multi-functional home base for the breakfast and brunch chain.
The newly constructed two story building features a premium culinary suite, high-tech training rooms, several work areas, a fitness center, a cafe, and more. Our team here at Engineered Group was brought in to provide a value-engineered alternative for the construction of their building, allowing them to create a modern, sleek space at a fraction of the cost of a typical project of this caliber.
Like many of the clients we work with, their immediate need is a value-engineered option to help them stay within their budget for their construction project. With a building this size, with multiple use cases, architectural finishes provided just that.
The construction of First Watch’s new headquarters required an affordable option for door and wall finishes to make their space standout. Engineered Group provided and installed the architectural finishes throughout the building simulating the look and feel of real wood.
