For Central Florida
Architectural finishes and window film across Orlando and Central Florida, resurfacing what is already there instead of replacing it.
3M authorized, LEED and ASID credentialed, statewide in Florida

Proof
Engineered Group works throughout Florida, and Orlando is where a large share of that work sits. The projects below are all Orlando-area, all completed, and all documented on this site.
What we install

Resort and hotel doors refinished over the slab already hung, Class A fire-rated, without touching the opening.

Hospitality interiors that have to turn around between seasons, resurfaced rather than stripped out.

Cab walls, doors and surrounds in hotel and office towers, done without pulling the car for a rebuild.

Reception desks, bars and built-ins in restaurants and resort lobbies, refinished on site.

Theatres, function rooms and lobbies, refinished over the drywall and panelling already there.

Central Florida glazing carries heat gain most of the year; solar film cuts it without replacing a pane.

The transformation
Original is the starting point. Reimagined is a new perspective, without replacement. Drag the handle on any project.

How it happens
We look at the substrate as part of the free estimate and tell you what preparation, if any, it needs, then put a physical sample of the exact finish in your hands before anything is ordered.
Our own team installs it using a dry application process, with no wallpaper paste, so the film can be placed and adjusted before it is squeegeed down.
The film goes onto the surface you already have, so there is no demolition, no construction dust, no VOCs and no waiting while a replacement is fabricated.
Architectural film lasts up to 12 years indoors and 5 outdoors, resists water, dirt and normal wear, and if it chips it can be patched so you cannot tell where.

Who we work with

FAQs
Yes, and most of our Orlando-area work is exactly that. The film is applied to the surface you already have, so there is no demolition, no construction dust and no VOCs, and the room, corridor or dining space goes back into use as we finish it.
We work throughout Florida, statewide, from single-site jobs to multi-building campuses.
Yes. We self-perform the whole interior surface package, walls, ceilings, columns, elevator cabs, doors, millwork, casework and glass, alongside commercial window film, decorative glass film, safety and security film and anti-graffiti film. Our own team installs all of it, so a lobby, its cabs and its glazing run on one schedule under one contractor instead of being split across trades.
Very little. The film is applied on site to the surface you already have, so there is no demolition, no construction dust, no VOCs and no operational downtime while a replacement is fabricated and delivered.
Clients typically save up to 60% on an architectural finishes project compared with tearing the surface out and replacing it. The exact figure depends on the surface, the substrate and the size of the job, which is why the estimate is free.
We strongly recommend a trained, certified installer. Unlike conventional wallcovering or laminate, these films use a pressure-sensitive adhesive, and the finish you end up with depends heavily on surface preparation, temperature and experience.
Estimates are completely free. Tell us the surface and the scope and we will come back with a real number, along with a sample of the finish.
Tell us the building and the surfaces. We will come and look at it.
